Tenderhead creates a sensual brand of raw ambitious music layered with an
edgy harmonic sound. Cynical and emotional, Tenderhead lyrics loll
passionately over obsessed but unwavering guitar-driven melodies. A wealth
of eclectic influences has fostered a unique atmosphere of unaulterated rock
penned by the beautiful lead vocalist/guitarist, Shena Verrett. She has
parlayed a growing media presence as a film and television composer (Queer
Eye for the Straight guy) into a passionately loyal fanbase for the band.
One of Tenderhead's most vocal supporters, Sharon Wynne of ESSENCE Magazine,
hails the group's powerfully aggressive live shows as "a chocolate rock
wonder.

Blood Sugar is California punk soul rock band that records and lives in
South Central L.A., and makes shit happen whenever. Lead singer, Xavier, is
an extremely self-assured veteran of the music scene. He may or may not
have been signed to a huge deal with Interscope Records a while back while
creating music that combined elements of Led Zeppelin, Fishbone, Bad Brains
and Prince with the intensity of the holy ghost.

MuthaWit's sonic core of Boston Fielder, Samuel Fernandez and Ben Tyree combine with up to 24 orchestral musicians, writers and visual artists to create a musical performance that is marked by it's willful expressiveness and irreverent humor. The eclectic collective has worked with Funkadelic, Olu Dara, Aquarium Rescue Unit, Andrew Cyrille, Andy Bey and Organized Noize among others. The Atlanta Journal says "MuthaWit's music is a place that more readily suggests the dense, expressionist swirls of painting, the mixed-media density of performance art or the powerful instrumentation of Sun Ra or the Miles Davis of "On the Corner."
