The Tall Pines are a new group from New York City who play raunchy late sixties style country garage-rock. Their big hooks and campfires sing-a-long choruses create a strong foundation for singer Connie Lynn Petruk to work her magic. Song topics include: heaven, hell, The Lord, the devil, church-ladies, hookers, strippers, getting wasted, falling down, standing up, falling down again, and other miscellaneous themes that the band is well acquainted with. The Tall Pines also feature Chris Dell'Olio on guitar, Jesse Krakow on bass, Joanna Choy on organ and Robert Brazier who plays pool.
