Born in the barrooms of NYC, the rock quartet Leroy Justice has built a reputation of intense, heartfelt live shows since they started playing their self-dubbed bourbon rock three years ago. On the strength of these concerts & a simple four-track recording, LJ has played at South by Southwest & other prestigious festivals, & has quickly gained a following in the eastern states. They have played in support of such artists as Rich Robinson of the Black Crowes, 38 Special, Mike Farris & Peaceful Knievel, & countless other established bands in & around NYC. Their highly anticipated first LP will be released this winter after they finish mixing with engineer John Siket (Phish, Dave Matthews Band, Sonic Youth) at Threshold Studios in New York City
