Pressing Charges is taking the sketch comedy world by storm, one grimy comedy theatre at a time. Conceived at Gotham City Improv Theatre in New York City, by Kelly Moylan, Meryl Scheinman, and Barri Tsavaris, the threesome effortlessly creates a laugh riot fest that is at once creative, outlandish, and just plain fun. While these three ladies may seem normal on the surface, a Pressing Charges show is riddled with abusive spa treatments, low calorie oral sex, 80’s time travel and gratuitous girl-on-girl fights whenever possible. Moylan, Scheinman, and Tsavaris were all original members of the sketch group, Schkank, an ensemble that performed regularly at Gotham City Improv. Now, they are out on their own doing what they want, when they want and how they want it.
