NEWSPAPER JOE
DANTE CIMADAMORE

Channeling ghosts, demons, saints and sinners, Newspaper Joe emerged from the hills and valleys of Otsego County’s own Oneonta, New York. Developing his early talents as a rural contemporary singer/songwriter from a previous project "I Work for No Man", Newspaper Joe stomps the floors with his solo acoustic folk-rock thrillers incorporating glass shattering brilliance, attitude, and solid performance. His current released album “Dr. Lazarus Gin, Mercy, and Sin” offers an enjoyable ride on an undiscovered journey through surprising melodic twists, hungry encores, and sharp taste for musical integrity.

Dante Cimadamore is a truly gifted vocalist who writes vintage acoustic pop songs that harken back to the days of the 70's singer/songwriter movement. I'm told his live show is quite compelling too. I expect big things." Influences included Ben Folds, Neil Young, Guster, Ted Leo and the Pharmacists, Ben Kweller, The Monkees.
