Michael Leonhart's original songs mix orchestral pop (the BeachBoys, Serge Gainsbourg), 60's classic rock (the Beatles, Velvet Underground), folk singer-songwriting and dreamy organic electronic soundscapes. Jamie writes and sings dreamy, moody, sometimes frustrated but mostly hopeful songs that have vitriol, heart and humor. The arrangements draw on 50's cabaret, jazz and quirky folk.
