The Beards are a New York rock & roll band dedicated to staunchly ignoring the last 25 years of musical progress. They were ranked at #7 on New Century Booking's list of their top NYC acts of 2006, and for the last two years they have performed at venues such as Mo Pitkin's, The Knitting Factory, The Lion's Den, The C-Note, and Midway. They currently hold the Guinness World Record for loudest-looking band.
