from Heidelberg, Germany, emerging talent Antje Duvekot (pronounced Ahn-tyuh
Doo-vuh-kott) has been capturing audiences across the East coast not only
with her charismatic stage performance, but with the poetry of her uncommonly
intelligent songs & a voice that could melt the toughest of hearts.
Antje spins webs of lyrical strands that are, at once, intricately detailed
& at the same time, leave space for listeners to link their own experience
into the web. She will be touring nationally in 2006 with Ellis Paul,
and her new album will be released this spring.
